SwissRide Sàrl acts as an intermediary between the client and an independent transportation provider, if applicable. The terms and conditions specified in the reservation confirmation prevail. SwissRide Sàrl’s responsibility is limited to organizing the transportation service.
Certain services provided by SwissRide Sàrl may require the use of online tools available on the website. These tools are provided to facilitate reservation management and access to useful information.
The rates displayed at the time of reservation apply. SwissRide Sàrl accepts payments via credit card and bank transfer. Payment must be made before the service is executed. Late cancellations may incur fees of up to 50% of the reserved amount.
Payments made on the site are processed via Mollie, an online payment service provider. By making a reservation or payment, you also accept the General Terms and Conditions of Mollie. Mollie ensures secure and fast transaction processing. Any issues related to payments via Mollie must be addressed directly to their customer service.
